We are not a startup with a logistics idea. We are a freight company that learned to write software — and started early enough that our TMS was online in 1998, while most of the industry was still faxing bills of lading.

Most brokers buy a transportation system off the shelf and resell access to it. We wrote ours.
The rating engine at the centre of it reprices every carrier invoice against your contracted tariff. The automation around it reads the paperwork, files the exceptions and answers the status requests that would otherwise land on somebody’s desk.
If you have worked with us before, you may know us as ACS Traffic — the name we traded under from 1989 until 2018. Same company, same people, same phone number.
Behind the software is a team that has spent decades in pricing, operations and carrier relations — and that expertise is what is encoded in the algorithms. Anyone can point a language model at a shipment table. Knowing which questions to ask before a load moves, rather than after the invoice lands, is the part that took since 1989.
